Return and Warranty Policy

Refund or Exchange:

Please note the following return policies:

  1. Lenovo products can only be returned if defective or in unopened, factory-sealed condition. Additionally, all electronics are eligible for return within 14 days from the delivery date. Bedding items must be returned in their original unopened condition. Products being returned for a refund must be in their original, unopened condition; otherwise, a restocking fee will apply.
  2. If you’re dissatisfied with a product, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase (14 days for desktop computers, laptops, and notebooks) as long as it remains unopened and unused. Certain conditions may apply.
  3. Opened and used products returned for reasons other than performance or quality issues may incur a restocking fee of up to 10%-25% and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Items returned due to compatibility issues are also subject to these conditions.
  4. Any returns of missing packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, or other items may result in refusal or a deduction of up to 50% of the product price.

Please note that desktop computers, laptops, and notebooks can only be returned within 30 days if unopened.

Please follow these guidelines to prepare the shipment for return:
• Pack the product and all components into the shipping box as the product was
originally shipped to you.

** If you have opened the laptop please ensure that


* The product,
* Original packaging,
* The manual,
* Keyboard pad,
* and All accessories are included with the return.

• If you’re reusing a box, be sure to remove old shipping labels or cover up old addresses.
• Close the shipping box with reinforced tape.
• Print the provided shipping label and attach it to a flat surface on the largest side of the package.

** Just kindly remind, don’t forget to ship the package and laptop in the same condition received. Please put the manufacturer’s box in a shipping box as this will help prevent any damages that can occur during shipping.

All returns that are not received within 10 days will be refused and shipped back to the customer.

Repair or Replace:

1-Year parts AND 1-year labour warranty for repair or replacement at our discretion unless otherwise specified.  Monitors come with 1 Year warranty.

Please Note:

Please contact us for a Return Shipping Label. We cannot take responsibility if you ship on your own account. If you do use your own account for shipping the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless you are returning it within the first 14 days due to it being defective.

Please allow up to 10 business days working days for a refund, if applicable, to be processed, as your return will be inspected and it might take your bank a few days to process the return to your credit card.
